Lacunes d'extraction
- Risk carrier undeterminable from this document. The header band prints only the brand "LALUX Assurances – product: VISA INFINITE credit cards", the body refers to the risk carrier as "the Company" / "the insurance company", and page 2 names "the Compensation Department of LA
LUXEMBOURGEOISE" as the destination of claims. No legal form, no R.C.S. number, no registered address and no supervisor is printed on either page, so it is not possible to tell from this document which of lalux's separately authorised entities bears the risk. No carrier entity has been recorded.
insurer_namerecords the printed brand "LALUX Assurances" rather than the task-metadata value "lalux";insurer_slugis copied through unchanged. edition_dateandreferenceare null: no edition date, version code, year or printed footer appears on either page. Nothing was promoted from the file name or from PDF file metadata.- MARK/TEXT MISALIGNMENT IN THE EXCLUSIONS BOX - measured and confirmed on a 4x render, recorded rather than repaired. The "What is not covered ?" box carries seven red cross marks, which are bitmap images (120x121 px, x0 348.1), not text and not vector drawings. The prose contains exactly seven semicolon-terminated items, so the arithmetic closes at 7 marks = 7 items. But two of the marks are printed on continuation lines instead of on the item they belong to: a cross sits at y 524.6 beside "release, irradiation, resulting from transmutation of" and another at y 538.6 beside "atomic nuclei or radioactivity, as well as by", both of which are the middle of the single nuclear-risks exclusion, while "earthquake or other disasters ;" (y 479.7) and the opening line "direct or indirect effects of fire, explosion, heat" (y 507.5) carry NO mark at all. The page really prints it that way. Polarity therefore came from the prose lead-in "Exclusions common to all cover : claims arising from the
following are not covered :" and from the semicolon-delimited item boundaries, NOT from the mark positions; the seven exclusions are recorded as the prose delimits them. These counts and coordinates are stated here and not in
key_quotes, because image marks are not text and cannot be grounded. - RUBRIC DEFECT, kept and flagged, not repaired. The sentence "A lawyer may only be appointed by the insured
person with the written consent of the Company." is printed INSIDE the "What is not covered ?" box, after the seven exclusions and before the "Non-exhaustive list" mention. It carries no red cross (verified on the render), it has no terminating semicolon, and it is set at the box margin x0 348.1 rather than at the item indent x0 355.2/362.3 used by the seven exclusions. It is a condition on appointing a lawyer, not a thing that is not covered. It has therefore NOT been recorded as an exclusion and has NOT been moved out of the document's structure either; it is recorded in
obligationswith a note naming the box it is printed in, and quoted verbatim inkey_quotes. - A second mark is missing in the second exclusions box, confirmed on a 5x render. "Are there any exclusions to the cover ?" contains three items at the same indent but only two orange exclamation-mark images (40x148 px, x0 350.0, y 700.8 and y 753.3). The middle item "Trip lasting more than 91 consecutive days." prints with no mark of its own; the text layer holds a bare tab at x0 348.1 where the mark would be. It is a printed item at the item indent, so it has been recorded as the third exclusion of that box; the missing mark is reported rather than silently completed.
- RUBRIC DEFECT in the page-2 section headings, kept and flagged. The section titled "How do I cancel the contract ?" contains no cancellation procedure for the customer at all: its four items describe when cover takes effect, that cover terminates ipso jure on non-renewal or withdrawal of the card or termination of the group contract, how payments made before cancellation are treated, and which cover applies at the date of a claim. That content belongs to a "when does the cover start and end" rubric. It has been recorded under
duration_and_cancellationas printed, and no cancellation right has been invented for the fields the heading would suggest. - Two standard IPID rubrics are absent from this document: there is no "When and how do I pay ?" section and no "When does the cover start and end ?" section.
premiumis therefore null - the document says nothing at all about premium, payment terms or indexation.deductiblesis null,waiting_periodsis empty andprescription_periodis null for the same reason: none is mentioned. - No amounts, sums insured, sub-limits or deductibles appear anywhere in this document. Every coverage is printed as a capitalised heading only, with no description, so
coverages[].descriptionandcoverages[].limitsare null throughout. The only figures printed in the whole document are the 30% minimum-spend condition, the 91-day trip limit, the 30-working-day and 30-day and three-day claim deadlines, the under-25 age of the covered children and the telephone number - all recorded verbatim. - Printed typography preserved verbatim, not corrected: "Each type of cover has its own specific exclusions, wich can be consulted in the relevant General Terms and Conditions." prints "wich" for "which"; the e-mail address on page 2 prints as "toassistance@dkv.lu" with no space after "to"; "WillisTowers Watson Luxembourg S.A." and "Willis Towers Watson Luxembourg S.A." both appear on page 2; and "the VISA INFINITE credit card" and "NON-ASSISTANCE and ASSISTANCE COVER :" carry a doubled space. None has been repaired, so the quotes remain exact spans of the text layer.
- The document uses thin spaces (U+2009) before colons, semicolons and question marks throughout, and curly apostrophes (U+2019) in "the insured person's" and "the bank's website". Every
key_quotesentry was sliced programmatically out of the PyMuPDF text layer rather than retyped, so those characters are preserved exactly. - Two-column reversal check run and NEGATIVE. Page 1 is a two-column layout (left column x0 65.1 for "What is covered by the insurance ?", right column x0 348.1 for the two exclusion boxes). The flat text emits the left column in full before the right column, and top-to-bottom within each, so covered items and exclusions attach to the correct boxes; nothing is crossed. The two green tick images (x0 65.1, y 316.8 and y 579.8) mark the two cover headings and the seven red crosses and two orange marks all sit at x0 348-350 in the right column, so the two polarities are also separated by abscissa. The full-width "Disclaimer" band (y 130.7) and "What type of insurance is it ?" band (y 177.8) are printed at the TOP of page 1 but emitted LAST in the flat text; they carry no coverage or exclusion, so no value is mis-attached.
- Bitmap-mark arithmetic for the whole document: 11 image blocks on page 1 = 2 green ticks (cover headings) + 7 red crosses ("What is not covered ?") + 2 orange exclamation marks ("Are there any exclusions to the cover ?"); 2 image blocks on page 2 = the 2 green ticks of "Where does the cover apply ?".
page.get_drawings()returns no marks at those positions, so the marks exist only as placed images. - Branch: the task metadata gives
autresand it has been copied through unchanged. The document describes itself as travel-related ("Insured persons benefit from a range of insurance cover when travelling.") and would arguably fit thevoyageslug, but the package also contains payment protection, protection of purchases, internet-delivery and cash-emergency covers that are not travel covers. The mismatch is flagged rather than resolved. target_audienceis null: the document names the insured persons (cardholder, spouse/partner, children under 25) but never states a market segment. That wording is kept verbatim intarget_audience_noteand was not converted into a category.- Third parties named in the document but not identified as the risk carrier: WillisTowers Watson Luxembourg S.A. / Willis Towers Watson Luxembourg S.A. (claims intake, both spellings appear on page 2), SPUERKEESS (card issuer and host of the claim-reporting form) and the e-mail address assistance@dkv.lu for Assistance notification. The document does not say that any DKV entity underwrites any part of this cover, so no DKV entity has been recorded as an insurer.
- This document is one of several parallel language and card-tier versions published by the same insurer. It was extracted from its own text alone; no wording, carrier, date or limit has been taken from a sibling file (another card tier or another language) to complete anything here.
definitionsis empty: the document contains no glossary. The nearest thing is the definition of the insured persons, which is recorded inspecial_conditionsand intarget_audience_note.
