  • easyPROTECT Family Civil Liability covers you and any person living in your household with you when your liability is implicated for damage caused to a third party in the context of your private life. Lacunes d'extraction

What type of insurance is it ? » EN DERNIER, après les trois encadrés, alors qu’ils sont IMPRIMÉS EN HAUT de la page, au-dessus de « What is insured ? ». Vérifié par coordonnées (Disclaimer y0 = 130,7 pt ; « What type of insurance is it ? » y0 = 180,6 pt ; « What is insured ?
», x0 ≈ 307,6 pt à droite pour « What is not insured ? » puis « Are there any restrictions on cover ? »).
Total de 11 exclusions = 1 (parenthèse d’exclusion imprimée dans l’encadré vert des couvertures) + 5 (encadré « What is not insured ? ») + 5 (encadré « Are there any restrictions on cover ? »).
  • Sous-titre manquant dans l’encadré des obligations, défaut conservé : « What are my obligations ? » commence directement par une puce (« Provide as complete and accurate a description as possible of the risk to be insured… During the contractual period », « In the event of a claim », « Special provisions per guarantee »).
  • Renvoi orphelin, conservé tel quel : la clause « Student housing: Provided that an insurance certificate has been issued to the insured person, coverage is granted for the period indicated on the certificate » est imprimée sous « When does the cover start and end ? », alors qu’aucune garantie « student housing » n’apparaît nulle part dans l’encadré « What is insured ?
Il énonce en revanche une règle de non-cumul propre à la chasse : « (guarantees that cannot be combined with other guarantees in the easyPROTECT contract) ».
What type of insurance is it ? ».
», croix rouges (6,7 pt) à x0 = 307,6 pt pour « What is not insured ? », points d’exclamation orange (2,4 pt) à x0 = 309,5 pt pour « Are there any restrictions on cover ? ».
